The best steak place in Des Moines. Staff is awesome and always make you feel welcome. 5 stars.
There was a time when people went to a steak house to get a good steak, baked potato, salad and a generous cocktail. Those times still exist at Jesse's.
The staff was tremendously kind, the food delicious. Great place.
The VERY BEST OF EVERYTHING......Steaks and everything you could wish for as drinks, salads, sides.....served by Best Staff in Iowa and anywhere! Left Des Moines 1987 for Sedona & Scottsdale, now Denver .....yes I love the Rocky Mountains & the great people here! But, nowhere compares to Des Moines friends and a GREAT MEAL AT JESSE'S EMBERS!!! Can't stay away too long ....See ya in the Fall.
