This place is Awesome! We love it!!! We order the London broil every time we come here. The cook always does a great job. The owner and staff are delightful.
I am never disappointed. Perfectly prepared food in a dim romantic setting. Our waitress was the on the ball, relaxed and pleasant. Jesse's Embers is a must do and I recommend it to anyone from the Metro or out of town to experience.
AWESOME find! Looking for a GOOD steak while staying in Des Moines for the quilt show Would have to say we hit the JACKPOT!!! GREAT STEAK in a small family owned, well known local, restaurant. GREAT service, steak cooked to PERFECTION! Would have to say haven't had such a good steak in a long time. Would DEFINITLY go back! If your looking for a GOOD steak... Look no further. You won't be disappointed!
