initial interaction after I took my wife the emergency room at 2 am was awful, insulting & dehumanizing with the check in nurse who was down right condescending & unprofessional to the point that when I called her out , she got up & left & would not return till her superior summoned her back. Everyone is so nice and professional. The nurses on the 7th floor surgery unit were especially nice to me and my family.
All I have to say is that this is possibly the worst ever hospital ever. Was a patient in November, the worst care anyone could ever receive.
