I want to thank the entire staff at Jersey City Medical Center for the fabulous care I received. Dr. Capo the chief of hand surgery did a fabulous job on my hand repairing my broken wrist. Highly recommend.I would also like to thank the incredible anesthesia team especially Dr. Romero for my nerve block which helps with my pain control. Five star care.
I had same Day surgery last week. I was scared of course, the nurses in SDS, especially Cookie, took such good care of me before my procedure started, I felt at ease. They answered any questions I had and made my husband and I feel comfortable. They're the best!
I love this hospital, especially the Patient Access Staff who are the front line for the sick and injured, gettng their information quickly and efficiently so they can be seen. They are the unsung hero's in healthcare.
I'll tell you what, let me not . But you need to get your game up bcuz for the kind of hospital that it is ? It should be a five star � hospital . My opinion that's all . Get better nurses and review them make sure they are not as ignorant as the ones that i have seen . And the food always cold . Cleaning sucks so just step the game up .
The receptionist was rude on the Friday night shift. The intake nurse was the only person with manners. We waited for hours before a doctor saw my husband.
