I will never go back to this ER again. It does not serve this community well. This place is dirty. I know there is a lot of activity in the ER but you should at least have maintenance staff there. I could not walk in there on my own due to a severe spasm. They are as sympathetic as a rock.I realize that heart attacks and accidents take priority but I sat in the ER for 6 hours before they called me for blood work at 11 pm. I will never go back to this Medical Center after I went to the emergency, they have been charging me a lot of money when my insurance paid 1500 already. They don’t have none consideration with people in paying still out of our pocket; when we pay insurance is inconceivable these JC medical CENTER are thieves. I have received different bills from Medical City facility's and from the doctor This is a robbery I do not recommend this medical center. Im really angry with all these charges. I haven’t see it before. Tremendous.

I AM HERE RIGHT NOW WITH SOMEONE IN NEED OF SERIOUS HELP. THE EMERGEMCY ROOM IS EMPTY, SO IS THE HELP! ... THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!! IS THIS WHAT I PAY TAXES FOR?? SHAME ON YALL! SEND ME ANOTHER SURVEY IF YALL WANT :-) ... I WILL BE GLAD TO FILL IT OUT THIS TIME.
Because when you come to the emergency room, you only have residents taking care of you instead of an actual doctor. although the residents report to doctors how do we know if the diagnosis given is right. This is just my observation.
