The doctor on call and the nurses we're very friendly, showed concern, and showed compassion about my situation they also were timely and kept me in formed of every step being done toward my recovery.
I would like to thank all the people working in the Radiology department for being so pleasant and Professional! Would also like to thank the people who set up outpatient procedures and Transportation. Thank you for making the Hospital experience a good one!!

My brother have been here so many times. But I have to say that doctors and nurses are really very good. I want to specially thank SDS nurses Claudia, Kokila,& Al. Thank you very much for whatever you guys have done for us. The cystoscopy images that you guys provided us will help my brother with his kidney transplant. It was quite impossible to get those images and transplant surgeons would have needed to perform second cystoscopy on my brother which is quite painful but the nurses in SDS made our life easier. THE BABY NURSES WAS VERY NICE..GREAT JOB! 4EAST..THEY HELPED ME ALOT WIT EVERYTHING I NEEDED MADE SURE I ATE GOOD..IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME. .THANK YOU!
I went in for a deep laceration. I was not seen by a doctor until my copayment was fullfilled. I was told that the copayment was expected in advance. I don't have a problem with satisfying my copayment. But maybe some immediate medical attention would have been nice. Customer service was horrible. Everyone was miserable. I got 13 stitches and all I heard as how upset the doc got everytime the opposite end of the thread got loose. I hope to not have to go ever again.
