This hospital refuses to transfer my 5yr old disabled babygirl to a hospital setting that can accommodate her n her needs they dont have a pediatric unit and the paramedics new this when they asked me before going why would u not say or mention oh hey by the way we dont have a pediatric unit that with the many othwr issues that occurred since her admittance in jcmc the never changed her until I complained on the 3rd day so no soap n water to my child no repositioning her at all knowing she is completely disabled and is bed b... read more
The worst! My mother was involved in a hit and run, brought in by the ambulance. Was there for 11 hours! No room, no food, no meds for 6 hours, and cat scan done 9.5 hours after arriving there. The worst experience ever!!!
The minimum wait time is 5 hours to see a doctor in the ER. Unbelievable.
I would not go this hospital ever again even if I were dying. I had surgery here in 2013, which was a traumatic and stressful experience. Then last week, in 2017, they send me a bill for $7000. Apparently they didn't receive a particular form from my health insurance 4 years ago. I have different health insurance now and am stuck trying to deal with an old insurer with documents no one seems to have on file to resolve a bill that they can't even explain.
I am very satisfied with the care I received. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The food was good and the room was clean. Any requests I made was taken care of immediately. No complaints here!
It was ok. .. the wait was extremely long . 5-8hrs. And because people go to hispital for the most stupidist things. . They can take care of at home. . Smh. That would avoid the long waiting time
