I love your store and the staff, always so helpful, however your website is the worst! Calling is not always an option and you guys have long wait times so I would love to be able search for my needs from your website, but can't!

The number one reason to head to Jerry's is that they simply have the most helpful and knowledgeable people working there. Their prices are competitive, and they're a local business that treats customers and employees like they matter more than the quarterly report. Imagine that!
Jerry's used to be great, but not anymore went in there today to get plastic vinyl to close my folks deck for winter so as to not leaves, twigs and stuff on it. Well I ask one person from some help, didn't get it. My Mother also ask for help and still didn't get it. Waited there for 15 minutes and left without the vinyl. My husband (disabled vet) isnt always well enough to come with me. Please review Lowel's new veteran discount policy. The VA doesn't give ID to spouses & not even my military banking card was enough for the check out. Please let me know if you've changed your policy. Till then I'll be at Lowel's
Really disappointed in the customer service. I like the store but customer service and any type of returns are really crappy. Management should honor what their employees tell customers. It sucks to get wrong information and be burned. I'll shop at Lowe's from now on.
