Absolutely! Its one of the only places around I can get a Mighty Carver electric carving knife for carving my Thanksgiving turkey! I went on the internet to get one at Amazon and they were sold out! Just saw the Mighty Carver folks appear on that Shark Tank Show! Now they are no where to be found. Thank goodness I remembered Jerrys had some! Way to go Jerrys Hardware!

It’s amazing how none of the customer service employees have a full set of teeth.
Tonight we left our bag with purchased items and the receipt in the store. I called Customer Service and talked to Jenny at the counter. They put out a BOLO for our items, and a short while later another person named Dee called and said they found them. Thanks also to the honest person who found it. Jerry’s always has the best customer service. Thank you!
Absolutely the worst experience I have had shopping in a home improvement store. We are starting renovations on an old farm house... planned on spending nearly $50k. they will not get my business. The Sheeple in Jerry's will not let you shop without a mask or shield. they offered one, I declined. Sooo Lowe's in Roseburg, here we come.
We love Jerry’s. We head to Jerry’s whenever we have doctor’s appointments in Eugene and do our shopping there. Outstanding service and prices. I’ve shopped at Jerry’s for years now through owning and remodeling three homes and have NEVER had a negative experience. There are plenty of friendly and knowledgeable staff who will be as attentive as you want them to be.

I went in to get some pricing on paints for a bid for my general contracting company that I own. I have a pre-existing medical condition that does not allow me to wear face masks and was told I could either leave or put one on. this goes against all Ada laws and I will be taking it up with the lawyer
