We love shopping at Jerry's, and usually love your cute commercials. That said, your Santa ad is terrible. The Santa is scary!! Ask my granddaughter!
Is there a reason I am unable to buy anything online. I can't believe in this day and age you don't have this set up
Usually I support jerrys but when they are selling Christmas trees, fake trees, for $1200. Shame on them. This is Eugene. So many have supported them over the years, I feel they are getting too big for their britches. I think the big boxes are ok now. No more local loyalty. Sorry. I will miss shopping and supporting a local company.
I noticed you changed your charcoal from the cowboy lump that I enjoyed to the Bayou Classic. Attached is the picture of what I opened my bag up to when I bought the Bayou Classic. This is nothing but brittle tiny chips and charcoal dust. I don't know why you have discontinued the better brand but this is ridiculous and you can be assured that this is the last time I will be purchasing my charcoal from Jerry's until the brand that actually does the job gets put back on the shelves.

Excellent, excellent store. Friendly, helpful staff that you can find easily wandering the isles to answer your questions and give you ideas. We drive 45 minutes to go to Jerrys over the big box in town.
We love Jerry's and usually get excellent service there. At times we've gotten a few 'boomers' (not excellent service), but have let management know to help better their services. Good solid company overall. I would certainly agree that their cost/item isn't the cheapest, but you know what? I pay to not have to worry about returns, or worry about bad service over all. Thanks.
I use to love shopping at Jerry's Home Improvement until one of their employees dropped the tailgate on my Cadillac and DAMAGED it! The company claimed the photos were not right & refused to pay! Jerry's is the ones who took the photos! Poor customer service. Unacceptable! We do alot of remodeling! Lowe's and Home Depot here we come!
