My Stihl gas string trimmer wasn't running very well, so I took it to Jerry's to have it serviced. Chris in the outdoor department determined that my fuel was issue. It was too old and not the clear gasoline. He put some new clear fuel in, my string trimmer ran just fine. Chris also told me where to buy clear glass. I am very pleased.
I want to thank Marier (sp?) and Crag (sp?) were so solicitous and helpful yesterday. Above and beyond service. Thank you so much!
After being without heat for most of the week, I was finally able to isolate the problem to an intermittently faulty circuit breaker. a young lady at Jerry's, one Emma M, was able to show me how to safely swap a new circuit breaker for the old one on a hot breaker panel. Thank you, Emma!!!
Customer service has always been wonderful and they seem to know their stuff.
Worst website ever! I love shopping at Jerry's but because I come from such a distance would like to be able to look something up beforehand and am totally unable to do that without a SEARCH function on your website. If I can't see what I might be interested in purchasing then most likely I will go to Lowe's or Home Depot because their web site lets me see what I am shopping for first. Add a SEARCH function and I will be happy to shop at Jerry's.
The Santa in the TV commercial has got to be the worst I've ever seen. I wonder how many kids are confused after seeing it.
