My husband a 20 yr vet was approach by 3 employees telling him he needed to leave due to the pistol he was wearing on his hip. Rudely and disrespectfully. No where is it posted that weapons are not allowed in the building. Had they handled the situation better we may have returned in the future. So it looks like Lowe’s will be getting our business now. Being owners of a contracting business they will get a lot of it. Lowe’s is the place to shop!! They support Military and America.

I was harassed and bullied by store staff to the point of leaving the store because my mask did not cover my nose while in an aisle all by myself. As long as Jerry's is treating customers like sub human germ factories I will be taking my business elsewhere to places that are capable of rational thinking and respecting my rights as an American. Strongly suggest spending your hard earned dollars in places where they still treat you like a human.

I’m in The Springfield store probably 7 times a week, always get great help but today was exceptional . I called Susan asked for a price and availability, went into the store Kelly was so patient while I called and had to ask questions before placing the order . When I went to pay for it Michael was so good helping a new employee figure out how to process the order . Huge Thank you to Susan , Kelly and Michael for all the help today . We are so thankful for the Springfield store and their GREAT staff 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Its only the best home improvement store, where you can find employees that are actually trained up and educated in their department.

I typically mutter, "better to head to Jerry's," when I am at the more conveniently located HD. Today, however, I muttered something under my breath. I came in for 5/4" x 6" x 8' tight knot cedar boards. NONE - even though the person at the register stated there were 84 in inventory according to the computer. A call out to the yard and attendant stated, "we're out." No, let me call the Springfield store to see if they have inventory. Just, end of story.......

I went to the tool center in Jerry's today. There were a lot of associates standing around doing nothing, but when I asked them for help, they all just ignored me. A bunch of worthless schmuck's working there.
