I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership in May of 2020. Within 3 days, the windshield was completely cracked, the left side of the truck had a suspension failure, there were issues with the fuel injectors, and the brakes weren't working well. The dealership refused to handle the cracked windshield, and I had to make an insurance claim to get the windshield replaced. Deceptive warranty behavior by Kyle ****** I. Financing. I purchased a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler 2door on 11/4/2017, with 31,698 miles on it and the Gold Plus Warranty for $1,829.00. When purchasing the vehicle I expressed I wanted a warranty included. The sales guy stated I had another year or 36,000 miles left on the initial warranty. Horrible experience!!! Jeep was still under warranty and the idler pulley snapped and serpentine belt broke and they would not cover the replacement of the engine on a 2018 Jeep! Killed my battery and I got a kick in the **** on the way out for $200. Engine was $10,000!!! Then they would not take my check. Horrible horrible experience . The worst . Stay away at all costs
Dishonest Sales Tactics!!!! After a salesman (Ted) and I agreed on a truck price by chatting online and texting each other, I left my job early so that I could go purchase the vehicle. I drove home from work (45 min. drive), changed clothes and grabbed the wife. We drove another hour to the dealership and asked for the salesman that I had conversed with. I had a terrible experience buying a car there! They are complete liars up there to protect their own. They sold me a truck on DEC 8th and waited almost two months to tell me they couldn't get a deal done! They had a tow truck come pick it up out of my driveway and leave a 30ft mark in my driveway. They treated me like I was some scum who didn't pay my bills. They screwed up and wouldn't take fault. I told them to give me my money (downpayment) back before I would give them the truck..
