Third time purchasing a vehicle through Jerry Ulm but this time has to be the absolute worst. After I had reviewed contract when I had gotten home I had discovered the buyers order we agreed on and the contract price were significantly different. Come to find out they did not provide the discount on the vehicle price and instead to hide it took my prior vehicles warranty refunds and applied them as cash. I left scathing ****** reviews back in May/June of 2025 to include: 1) Overcharging fees; especially registration fees (plate was transferred and I was charged for a new one) 2) Not securing the loan and having to go back to sign new paperwork with a higher interest rate 3) Realizing I was driving around for 5 days because they forgot to give me the registration 6) Im sure there were more complaints, but characters here are limited.5 months later (October 2025), and literally hundreds of dollars spent cleaning, vacuuming, bo... read more

In response to the Business' comment above, I called the number provided, as well as the dealership, and left a voicemail on both lines. I did not receive a call back yesterday; we shall see if I receive one today. My vehicle was in the shop yesterday, and it is still there today, so I am going on two days without it. The infestation ("nests") has been documented via photographs and videos whilst in the shop. My husband and I recently visited your dealership to purchase a truck. Our initial experience with the salesman, Jacob, was pleasant and professional. However, everything changed once the finance representative, Danny D**** (spelling may be incorrect), became involved. Danny entered the discussion in an aggressive, rude, and condescending manner. Found a vehicle I loved and Manager would absolutely not work with us on the price after I was reassured on the phone that it was flexible and they would work with us. Hidden $3000 accessories fee on all their cars. Increased online price by $8000, no exceptions. Beware!!!

Jerry Ulm in Tampa, FL has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have been trying to cancel my extended truck warranty for 3.5 months and it is still not done. Steven Heard in finance never got back to me about this and left me to the wolves, Mr. M in finance has communicated slightly more than Steven however this is still not done, and the finance director Adam, has not called me back in weeks and is always "in a meeting" when I call. This dealership will charge you as much as legally possible and work every penny out of you. Multimillion dollar business and allegedly the largest ram dealer in USA. they squeeze the customers for 3.5% credit card fee in service dept. They push extra insurances on you hard then when you go to cancel them a year or two later they run you around, make you fill out a ton of forms of which some need to be notarized.
