Jerry Ulm DODGE Forcefully addS on fees such as key replacement fee. There is already a destination fee on the car sticker price of about $2000, then Jerry Ulm also charges a $1900 acquisition fee. These guys are also still adding obsolete equipment such as low-jack and charge extra for it. DOCUMENTATION FEE is anywhere from $1200 to $1900. Filing electronic fees over estimated. Then a service fee for paperwork.

i purchased a used vehicle that had scratches and small dents. i was promised it would be fixed, some of the scratches were fixed but not all. The dent person comes and goes without notice. My sales person Christopher is working with me, i am the one pursuing this promise to fix. I'm very upset with this company. I was lied to there was an accident that was evolved on this vehicle and was not disclosed in the selling I had a pre-owned 160 point certification. Point inspection that they told me that I had nothing to worry about That everything was correct on this vehicle carfax and then I found out that this vehicle was involved in a accident that wasn't listed. Dropped my truck off to be serviced misfire code to "fixed testing it now"to "need a engine"no rental months later still being patient no one has reached out to me yet still calling them and being lied to" tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow"frustrated 1/23 now 3/23 service technician management very professional thought the dealership would have been my best option????iidk

purchased a Fiat 500x 6/29/2021. The salesman Leo was great. I purchased the service contract with Sergio D. (Finance) with the car. I came the next day to cancel the service contract. Sergio was very upset at the fact that I was canceling, he was very unprofessional. I signed paperwork to cancel. However, the cancelation was never sent to the finance company. I purchased my 2016 jeep from here . Within the first 30 days I was in a rental car. Its been serviced 5 times all on the same issues starting from the first 30 days we purchased it. This has been an unrealiblbe vehicle with problems and now my jeep has completely went into **** mode and I am stranded all of this with in 6 months. Ive had it 6 months. You guys have to have the most incompetent service department ever, we bought a 2014 **** Escape from USAUTO Sales at noon on 11/09/22 (Wed) and not even 5hrs later it overheated and the warranty department had a towed to the nearest service center, which unfortunately was Jerry Ulm, a service center associate did the intake and the paperwork and told us they would reach out the next (Thurs) about what's going on, so the next day they reach out to us and tell us that it was simply that the car was missing The reservoir cap a... read more

I bought my Jeep from them July 22 and I live 35 miles away and they promised they would work with me for service. I made an appointment for an oil change for a 11AM on their webpage. Got text confirmation, and the day of the appt got another text confirmation. I drove 45 minutes arrived a half hour early and a employee asked what I needed showed them my confirmation of service and he said the web page will make appt but if I looked at the small print you cant make appt for a oil change. I got my 2022 Ram 1500 In January of 2022. Since getting the vehicle I have constantly had to take the vehicle back for constant repairs that they do not know how to resolve. I have spoken to them on several occasions and brought my vehicle several times.
