So I actually purchased a BMW and I was very very excited. I was told by some that this car dealer is actually stellar and they provide outstanding service. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to discover that everything that people told me about this dealer was a lie. I went through so much trouble trying to get my car, which by the way, was faulty and I actually had to send it to the BMW dealer for it to get It fixed. 05/10/24 I talked to ***** on the phone but he wasn't there when I arrived, we worked w/***, ************* 1st there was an issue during the test drive that **** tried to dismiss. Then, we agreed on a price with ************ tried to raised it by $900, I was ready to leave, but **** helped saved the deal. On May 7, 2024 at 8:00 am, I went to dealership 2966 N DALE MABRY• TAMPA, FLORIDA 33607 JERRY ULM to change the oil. At 9:40, they called me to say they had changed the oil but that the car had a crack in the radiator and they had a radiator in stock that they could replace for only $1785.52. It is impossible that there was a crack in the radiator because I was waiting from 8:00 to 8:10 inside the car with the engine running, and any leak or message on the car's PC would have been noticed. As part of our process here at Jerry ***, we provide a multi-point inspection during each vehicles visit to our service drive to inform customers of potential and existing maintenance needs. Upon inspection, a leak in the radiator was noted by one of our technicians which then relayed the information to the service advisor to provide the quote. The customer was informed of the finding and declined the repairs.

Buyers beware! To say my experience at Jerry *** was less than satisfactory is the understatement of the year. The whole process has been truly disappointing. Day 1: Went in after seeing what I wanted online. Salesman ******* met me and tried selling me the used 2022 TRX truck 15K OVER the asking price online. Ive purchased 4 vehicles from Jerry Ulm over the years and I’ll never buy another one. In my opinion they’ve become masters of bait and switch. During my trip there on 1/5/2024 I encountered 3 people that said they were the manager. I bought a 2021 Ram **** with ***** miles. the truck had a lot of scratches and they said they will take care of it, it was in the shop for 7 days while they were looking for estimates to repair according to them they had an estimate for $9000 from their own body shop and they did not approve it, instead they just put some touch up paint on it and polish it by making a mess on new steps that i had put on it since the original ones were all messed up and they will not replace. i also reached out to the Gm and no response.they... read more

Jerry Ulm DODGE Forcefully addS on fees such as key replacement fee. There is already a destination fee on the car sticker price of about $2000, then Jerry Ulm also charges a $1900 acquisition fee. These guys are also still adding obsolete equipment such as low-jack and charge extra for it. DOCUMENTATION FEE is anywhere from $1200 to $1900. Filing electronic fees over estimated. Then a service fee for paperwork.

i purchased a used vehicle that had scratches and small dents. i was promised it would be fixed, some of the scratches were fixed but not all. The dent person comes and goes without notice. My sales person Christopher is working with me, i am the one pursuing this promise to fix. Always reminded that i purchased a used vehicle, i am fully aware of what i purchased, i was promised that this could all be fixed. My truck had less than 5,000 miles. I'm very upset with this company. I was lied to there was an accident that was evolved on this vehicle and was not disclosed in the selling I had a pre-owned 160 point certification. Point inspection that they told me that I had nothing to worry about That everything was correct on this vehicle carfax and then I found out that this vehicle was involved in a accident that wasn't listed.
