Was told to give the info on my car for trade in semd pictures etc I gave them my info to the sales director but he never did get back with me after all that what a waste of time if u cant call back dont waste my time had emails an everything ......reguardless come on 👎😡

Put down a deposit on 06/11/2022 after pre-ordering a new truck. A sales manager called me and notified me that my pre-ordered truck was going to be sold to another client. The Jerry Ulm dealer kept the deposit. Beware that even if you put down a deposit for a pre-order vehicle, the Jerry Ulm dealer will do whatever they want with any vehicle...their motto: let's make money and screw the client.

I would have gone lower. I have been a Jerry Ulm customer over 50 years & this was by far my WORST experience ever. Not just with Jerry Ulm, but with ANY organization. 1. The service advisor, Robert G., was rather rude and was more interested in his personal phone calls than helping clients. The 1st time I spoke to him he said, "OK I'll check on that dude." Who says that to a customer outside of a surf shop. When I dropped off my vehicle, he motioned to another advisor to help me, because he was on hold for 45 min. with pers... read more

Jeep and the dealership are very deceiving, it's ok for the dealer to give you verbal agreements, but you being the buyer need to have it on paper and signed. June 29th, I reach out to ***** *** about wanting to get a Jeep Cherokee L Overland built fully loaded. I get an email from Jordi Prat 111, reaching out to me about my build. Nothing more frustrating than having service for a simple oil change and tire issue (have the insurance) then having the tech put the new tire on the incorrect side (huge safety issue). Paperwork was correct, advisor did their job however it must be difficult to determine FRONT PASSENGER from FRONT DRIVER. Then trying to determine how long to correct the issue and no one can say. Its a tire, not an engine.

July 14, 2021 I bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Eastgate Chrysler (Indianapolis, IN). The brake light came on with 100 miles, July 16, 2021 Eastgate stated the chip had to be reset, the light came back on 200 miles down the road on the way to Tampa FL. Brake light is on/off for a few days. July 22, 2021 Jerry *** took the Jeep info service, two days later July 24, 2021 and says the part will arrive Sept 2, 2021. I took my car in for a recall and got an oil change while I was there. FIRSTLY they put the WRONG oil in my car! 1. I have a Dodge Charger, which they sell, so how could they possibly get this wrong?! The OIL CAP ALSO SAYS the correct type of oil to be used so again HOW COULD THEY HAVE PUT THE WRONG OIL?! This could have damaged my engine if I didn't meticulously read the receipt before leaving! They probably do this all the time to unsuspecting customers damaging people's engine! January 2021, I brought my Chrysler Pacifica MiniVan to Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located at 2966 n Dale Mabry hwy, Tampa, FL 33607 for it's 30k service maintenance. While there, I was told my van needed a new transmission (apparently this was a known issue with my make and model) and that they didn't have any transmissions in stock and it would be about two weeks before my van would be fixed.
