Jim was my tech to fix my old Onkyo record player yesterday, and did a Great job! He was fast and courteous at the same time. I would Definitely shop here again!
Great service. Bought a new cart online that turned out to be defective. No hassle return and had a new one shipped to me the same day that I called about the defective one. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Highly recommend!
KILLER service every time I walk in. Bought a new cart today, and James mounted it for me while I hung out and drooled over some of the things in their showroom. Had me in and out in about 10 minutes. Refreshing to have a company that cares about their customer, and is still willing to talk, give good advice, and help out whenever they can. I am thankful that I am lucky enough to have these folks within driving distance in good ol' Minnesota!!! Thanks y'all!!!
the. best place for your vinyl gear fix in town, bar none. the only downside are the hours, which are very limited. mercifully, they're wonderfully responsive via email.
I brought a turntable in that hadn't been used in years really a big help made sure everything was good to go and replaced the cartridge I'm all set thanks guys

I brought in a Technics turntable to be checked out after years of storage. I unfortunately did not get the name of the guy helping me, but he was awesome. No pressure - just replaced what was needed and even made an option to help with the grounding. He was great. Would totally recommend and encourage folks to go there. Thank you.
