The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are great. After I got home I checked out Amazon to see how much I would have paid through Amazon. I was impressed that the prices were the same. I love supporting local brick and mortar businesses even though I expect to pay more locally. The better customer service, competitive prices, and more knowledgeable staff make Needle Doctor your local goto place for turntables, Amps, cartridge, cleaners, and stylus needs. I will be back.

Great selection and great service. I emailed them looking for a specific part (Ortofon Blue Cartridge). They had it in stock and set it up for me at no extra cost when I brought my turntable in. They also offered some good advice for getting the best fidelity from my setup. Highly recommended!
