We had a few issues with our needle order, but that being said Brad was an amazing help. Brad made sure that our order although small was still valued, and we appreciate that. We have a early 60s console and after a little digging Brad found our needle.

We needed a new phono cartridge, and found Needle Doctor on the web. What a great selection! They had a replacement stylus for my old Audio-Technica and Ortofon cartridges, but had a brand new rega carbon in the bargain bin at a can't refuse price. Ordered it Saturday evening, installed it Wednesday, rocking out to David Bowie "Station to Station" now. Wife is super happy, we're clawing thru stacks of vinyl and drinking red wine. Life is good.
