Ordered a slipmat from them, charged US$36 for shipping (CA$50) inside a record mailer, and they told me that this is their lowest shipping rate. Shipping costs 10$ for a record, and I order records from the US every week. Buy somewhere else if you want to deal with a company that doesn’t make money on shipping.

They are very experienced and knowledgeable people who can help you make decisions about what you wish to accomplish. No matter what your budget, give them a try, this is the type of customer service that makes a name for itself. I have had nothing but outstanding experience here.
I left a bad review on this site for Ken, but I understand everyone can get busy and have a bad day. I just want to say that he responded to my review with a follow up phone call. It wasn't just to respond to my review, but he really cared about helping me figure out what I needed. We must have been on the phone for an hour. He really turned what was a bad experience into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I fully recommend these guys! Thanks Ken!!!
