Very efficient and friendly staff. Provider was very informed on my condition and offered several treatment options.
On JAN 12, 2021, to Dr. Floyd, 1st visit; I asked for A1c lab but it was denied. Urinalysis (dipstick performed); including 12 types, including Glucose. When I got home I saw the Values but no Reference Ranges were included, nor any Status'; Glucose was 114 (HIGH). An hour later I went back to take a look and 5 test Values ( Leukocytes, Nitrites, Protein, Glucose, & Ketones) had been removed and replaced with "Negative". Dr. Floyd was caring and attentive. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The staff was great! I love how they called to make me aware they had a cancellation and could get me in a couple days earlier than what I scheduled for, it worked out perfect for me!!! I have found my new doctor!!!!
Dr Floyd is always attentive and caring.. very intelligent and excellent at diagnosis .. highly recommend his practice. His nurse is absolutely the best! Never have i ever had a blood draw so painless!!! The whole office is extremely friendly and professional..

The whole staff is very caring. They get you right in & out. Always answers questions & listens. This is a dream team & I pray for them all during this virus epidemic to stay health
My experience with Dr. Floyd office was terrible. I scheduled an appointment to be seen for high blood pressure on 02/20/2020. When I arrived, I was told by the office clerk that my appointment was given to someone else. When I made the appointment, I explained to the office clerk that my blood pressure had been consistently high for several days. However, I was informed that I couldn't be worked in and was turned away. Poor Customer service, and no regard for patient care or concern.
I adore Dr. Floyd and his staff!!!
