I needed a new PCP fast because mine closed and I needed my medication. I was able to get in the same day I called but I did schedule for a different day. Staff was great, very friendly. I had heard mixed reviews about the place but glad I gave them a try. I was told they had a new office manager maybe that has something to do with it I don't know but I'll be going back!
I love Dr. Floyd. He addressed all my concerns. I really like that he has an assistant in the room that types his notes for him, that way he is focusing on me and not the computer.
Very friendly helped with all my needs!!
