Don't go here if you have any other options! It's almost cheaper to go to the ER! I went here for the second time 11/03/17 to have my migraine prescription refilled. No counseling, nothing additional. Just a 3 month refill appointment. (First time cost me $92, but I thought higher cost was probably due to fact I was a new patient, full physical, etc.) When I left, they said my portion was $29.46 - no big deal - I paid it. Dr. Floyd is very professional, prompt, and has a great personality. Pleasant, friendly, and engaging. His staff called with test results in a timely manner.
Always very connected with my conditions and needs -before he enters the room. Pleasant and up to date on all possible regimens of treatments. Would highly recommend him!

Made one visit to Dr. Floyd for a physical and to transfer records from last PC doctor. Squeezed my arm and moved it and determined: "Oh, you have a rotator cuff!" No x-ray, no MRI, just a quick diagnosis. While there he did blood work in order to re-evaluate my status since my last physical. Said they would call me back in 3 weeks with results. Head nurse Jennifer is unprofessional incompetent doesn't call back for 72 hours even when told urgent. I had three tests scoring out of range and I had to beg to get two of them ran. Now I'm going to another location and paying more money to have third test run! Dr. Floyd doesn't care why I left and isn't going to make changes with his staff. I know this because this was not my first complaint.
