I’ve been with Doctor Floyd going on 11 years now and have always had a great experience whether it’s a physical or dealing with an illness. He listens, provides feedback and follows up on your treatment. Staff is always friendly and caring. Him and his staff has always manage to fit me in when I was ill the same day or early the next day. For that reason alone I will always be loyal patient.
From the time I arrived to my appointment to when I left the office was about 15 minutes. That’s not a good thing. The doctor spent about 5 minutes with me. Did not help with my concerns at all. Did not offer any guidance. Did not check my throat, ears, eyes, heart sounds, or lung sounds. I will be finding another physician.

Very attentive and caring. My mother passed away in between visits and when I went to my appointment he gave his condolences. The fact he remembers really touched me.
Wendy at the front desk is amazing, very helpful and polite.
