Great hotel, true to it’s time. It was nice to see all the antiques still in use including the elevator. We had a wonderful stay including dining at the Asylum.
I went with friends from phoenix as i live in Prescott. My first time ever staying the night in Jerome. Very beautiful hotel. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom toilet was loud but thats the only complaint i have. Was hoping to encounter ghosts but it was a quiet night. Full house tho as far as guests go. We had a nice time at asylum bar downstairs. I will be back.
The view was beautiful and the food was awesome.
Staff is friendly- willing to help with any and everything. Upgraded our room because of construction. Awesome! Gave us a garden room! Wow! What a view! I can’t wait to come back! I love how they’re keeping it vintage but updating important things like the bathroom. What a great place to stay! We will be back!
Yummy food. Healthy. No fake ingredients. Wonderful caring servers. Utterly polite gracious and responsive to customer needs. I was impressed!!! Good choice of wine 🍷 and of course scenery!
Absolutely amazing experience. The staff was so genuinely kind and helpful that it felt more like being welcomed by family than staff. We stayed in room 28C which was gorgeous, spacious, with a wrap around view, clean clean clean as can be, elegant furniture, accommodating bathroom and comfy bed. The light breakfast was impressively scrumptious as well. All around we had a top notch experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
We went to the restaurant part of this hotel, and I have to admit that we were pleasantly surprised about the food and service. Awesome salads and great burgers. #KAG!
