We came up to Jerome for our wedding anniversary. We love sleepy little mountain towns & had been up there briefly about a year ago. We knew that this would be the perfect little anniversary getaway for us! Stayed at the Grand & had an incredible time! Front desk staff was WONDERFUL & friendly. Great night in room 37B. Sara was great with arranging our reservations with only 1 week notice. Room, staff and amenities were exactly what we expected. Otis elevator was a trip. The nights activities made an impression :)). We'll definitely be back
Great place! We saw at least two different ghost. Eric and Shakir are the best, they will solve every problem and make your stay great.
Well worth the money. The road up to the hotel on a motorcycle was interesting! Great food and friendly staff. Will be back
The staff was wonderful!!! We stayed on Friday the 13th so the hotel was full of ghost hunters so it was a little loud at times throughout the night but the next night very peaceful. The room was great the bathroom was bigger than I expected. I love Jerome I have been many times but first time staying and when we checked out we made reservations for next year will become a new family Halloween tradition! Thanks for such wonderful hospitality.
Fantastic experience, the room was comfortable and inviting. Staff was beyond accommodating, friendly and very very good at thier jobs. We stayed in room 39b, no scary stuff and the view was amazing! Free pastries were enjoyed on our private garden balcony. Amazing stay!
What a great experience!!! Went there this past Saturday. The staff was awesome , the room was clean and great, heard babies crying and banging during the night , and the food was delish!! Definitely going back. Oh take the haunted tour Scott was amazing � I wish this mini vacation didn't end.
A must see and a definite go to place when visiting Jerome. No ghostly figures were seen and no mysterious sounds throughout the night. We heard plenty of loud conversations though from inconsiderate guests going into and out of the elevator though. This hotel has the best views of Jerome.
Love it here. Gorgeous rooms and friendly staff. The balcony rooms are amazing!
