Our stay at the Grand hotel was far beyond amazing. I definitely intend to go back with hopes of getting a room facing the valley. The history factor alone is enough to make me want to come just to say hi. I did stay in a newer room and while I appreciate the updated features I would have loved the feel of more antiques. I also understand these are hard upkeep with so many different people in and out. I look forward to visiting again sometime soon! Thank you guys for a great experience!
Bob at front desk was awesome! Had 4 kids (7-12) with us who wanted the experience of a haunted hotel.. Room (28c)was comfortable and kids had a blast. Can't wait to return in the future
I thought this place was amazing. Staff was great. Loved our room had a nice balcony. Will come back again and I think everybody should stay there it's such a great place
I loved our stay at the Jerome Grand Hotel! The hotel's interior was a throwback to the 1920's and they used high quality beautiful wood furniture throughout. I fell in love with the antique elevator! I absolutely recommend getting Valley-side room, the view of Jerome was spectacular! The rooms were very comfortable and having a private balcony made it that much more of a luxurious experience to enjoy the fresh air. The front desk staff was awesome, the restaurant staff was awesome, our server at asylum, Shelley, was beyond awesome! Great experience, highly recommend it.

Amazing staff and food I highly recommend this place to any one wanting a really amazing meal with an equally amazing view.
Absolutely love this hotel. I can not wait to go back. The town has such a sweet feel. Hilltop deli is the place for a sandwhich!
