This was our first and last time to stay at the Jerome Grand Hotel. We were not impressed they put on on the first floor next to the restaurant/employee area and all we heard was banging of plates, and carts up and down the hall not to mention all the people in the hall talking way too loud. The A/C unit has a light that stayed on the entire time that was so bright it lit up our whole room, who needed a night light? RecommendedGreat place to visit. We did have an experience. Went to bed about 9. At about 2 am I had to get up and go to restroom. As I was walking to the bathroom, I could hear water running. As I entered the bathroom, the water was running in the sink. NOT a slow leaker, I MEAN running water. The sound alone was enough noise you knew it was running. Absolutely great experience! The Jerome Grand Hotel does not disappoint. We had one of the less active rooms and stayed when the hotel was fully booked but we still have ghostly visitations. One of us heard a baby crying, twice within 10 mins and I felt a child’s hand touch the bed right next to my leg. The staff is 5 star great! They’re a wealth of knowledge, friendly, attentive, and addressed a minor issue immediately and with a smile even though it was very late at night.

Great view. Very clean. Staff very nice. Request a room with a balcony. The view is fabulous. Hotel also has a restaurant
It has an awesome history and while there we actually got a picture of a ghost man. Next time we go, I want to actually stay at the hotel.
It was amazing and beautiful!! The Asylum is an amazing restaurant too
