RecommendedMy husband and I stayed at the Jerome Grand Hotel for a getaway weekend. The hotel is lovely, staff is wonderful, and we loved our room. We also had an amazing dinner at the Asylum. We will definitely return for another stay.
The grand suite was great and there were a few ghost encounters! Sadly, the staff has not been versed in customer service. The front desk charged the wrong credit card over $500 and I had to scramble to get things covered. When I notified the hotel of the the mistake, the person who answered the phone took it personally and said that she "wasn't the one who did it" and that "these things happen". RecommendedThe Grand Hotel is a well maintained hotel. I found the staff pleasant and knowledgeable of the building’s history. Excellent food at the Asylum restaurant housed in the hotel. Vintage elevator is a trip!!!
