The hotel is unique, full of antiques and authentic history so that was fun. Because it is so old it is also very noisy. You can hear your neighbors, the elevator, the ice vending machine and the water running in the pipes. There is no luxury- only history - so be prepared.
The Hotel is a unique place to stay and the cherry on top are the amazing nice people that work there. Loved my night at the Jerome Grand Hotel.
My husband and I stayed in room 32 and my Dad stayed in 40. Neither of us saw anything in our rooms, but the atmosphere was awesome. The front desk clerk, Lindsay, was extremely informative and let us use one of the little ghost detectors to walk around that night. It made the night! Every time it would go off, my husband would get very freaked out and this gave me hours of entertainment. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. The staff are amazing, and the asylum restaurant had amazing menu and wait staff!
We stayed in room 26, had no idea what to expect since we were not familiar with the spirits. However, unexpectedly when we woke up we shared our experiences. Yes we heard a man's deep voice, clicking for a period of time and activities going on in the hall way. What a way to celebrate your friends 50th Birthday. So much fun and great food at the Asylum,
We had a great time no ghosts visit us while we stayed ....???? Maybe .... The restaurant is great the food is excellent, the views from our room amazing... I will do it again not in the weekend since they do not have the ghost tour.�
My niece and I stayed for two nights, did the formal Ghost Hunt the first night and roamed about on our own both nights. We did have a couple of experiences and a ghostly photo bomb. Ate dinner at the Asylum - FABULOUS!!!!! Love the staff (shout out to Eric!) and management. All-in-all a great stay! Totally got us in the moooooood for Halloween ����
Went to Jerome for my birthday too! Great place. We stayed at the Jerome Grand and had a really great time. The Ghost Tour was tons of fun thanks to some enthusiastic participants! Loved the tour of the hotel and the history and stories are really quite interesting. Thanks for a very memorable birthday!! Oh and don't forget to have dinner at the Asylum....fantastic food!!!
