Built in 1926, this majestic hilltop masterpiece is named Jerome Grand hotel with good reason! Being the largest structure in the charmingly restored ghost town of Jerome, the hotel offers sweeping views of Verde Valley's elegant red-rock vistas. All the deluxe and standard rooms of the hotel come equipped with private baths, televisions and many more modern amenities. Guests can also relish the delicacies on offer at the on-site award-winning restaurant, Asylum. The urban legend about the haunted Room 32 has only added to t... read more

Get directionsWe loved it... Booked room 32 ... Had numerous experiences...loved the tour...loved the hospitality... Can't wait to come back.
Had such a great time and wonderful experience for the first time. Staff was wonderful and the building is beautiful. Definitely will come back. Didn't experience to much of the hauntings but did experience a baby cry, my phone charger moved, slamming of the doors and coughing while recording on my laptop. Loved it! Thank you..
Beautiful scenery... Super unique hotel. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
We have stayed at the hotel 3 times and taken the haunted tour twice. Plan on going again September. I want to let everyone know how kind and thoughtful you were to all of us when we were there last July to throw my sisters ashes. She was born there in 1949 before it was turned into the hotel. It was a very emotional time and you accommodated all our needs. So anyone that has not visited I recommend it. You will truly have a good time.
One my favorite places in AZ, enjoyed every minute of our stay there! The Asylum had amazing burgers, the hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were spotless! Well... Except for the Orbs we caught on camera!
Loved it, although the front door unlocked and opened on its own and we heard children's laughter coming from the bathroom as well as knocking on the bathroom door. The place is haunted and we loved it. Definitely stay here, the staff is wonderful.
Almost 200.00 bucks for a supposedly haunted hotel. The creepiest thing was the guy at the front desk. The bed was comfy for a child size one I mean it wasn't even a queen size. Let's not mention everything closing at 9pm on a Friday night. Complete waste of time and money.
A FABULOUS experience! Fascinating bits of the town of Jerome's history! The hotel was quiet, beds were comfy & the pillows were OMG TO DIE FOR!!! A great big "Thank You" shout out to Greg (in housekeeping) !!! Tyler, Thank you for your 'No Fail' reservations & check in!!! And Chris! Oh, Chris! Thank you for the wonderful tour! Thank you for answering all of our questions & thank you for spending the extra time, after the tour, sharing extra bits of information. We're all looking forward to booking our next trip (Rooms 39A &... read more
We stayed on New Years Eve. Booked about 6 weeks out and got the very last room (thx!) The room was wonderful. The bathroom had super hot water, great water pressure, and was private from the room. So many rooms these days make people get ready in an open area so it was nice to have some privacy :) The Asylum Restaurant was AMAZING!! We actually got the Sesame Tofu Butternut Squash dish and WOW! The Butternut Squash Soup and Bread was a nice side as well. Anyhow this is a very charming hotel, can't wait to stay again!
