Very neat place! A majority of the staff was very friendly. Shakir was awesome, we loved chatting with him!!! And Tommy (the housekeeper) was very nice and gave us lots of cool info as soon as we got up to our room. We will be back very soon for a longer stay :)
Chris, Tommy and the rest of the staff ( including the Asylum folks) were fantastic!! My 14 year old chose The Grand Hotel over Vegas and loved it ( it was his first stay). We were lucky enough to get room 32 and it did not disappoint. The hunt was very informative and we would do it again...our only dilemma is which room is next. Again, thank you very much Tommy for the hospitality!

What an amazing time, Staff and amenities were fabulous, Chris was an awesome host and tour guide. Our family will most definitely be back, oh and Ghost Cat was pretty awesome too!! Thanks Jerome Grand for a great time
What a great stay at the Jerome Grand Hotel! We were there about an hour and booked the next night, too. Chris is a great guide and host and is a wealth of information! He helped us to trigger some activity by letting us take a restraining chair from the old psych ward back to our room! What a blast! Like Rick said, the ghost cat was verrry interesting along with the orbs and night noises. We will definitely be going back!!
We had a wonderful time...The Dinner was Delicious...the rooms very nice and comfortable..I heard a little girls voice about 3 am..and felt something jump on my Bed...But I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone...Jerome AZ is Beautiful!!!
