Yes Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Sometimes, but not all the time Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

They exceeded my expectations Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
