First visit with DR.Bruce,he is very thorough, lovely bedside manner and he listens!! I am very impressed!! Absolutely love him!
Very disappointed
He repaired my rotator cuff a few years ago. I think he did ok repairing it but sucked out half of my bicep when he did it. I'm now having to have it done again because my arm isn't near as strong as it was before the surgery and it has tore again. I went to him with my knee going to three appointments. The last visit he just walked in and looked at it and didn't say anything. As he was walking out, I said do I need PT? He said do you want it. Im having to have a total knee. I've been seeing Dr bruce and his team for over five years. Not only a professional office but I always feel both aen and heard with each visit. If you or a loved one is in need of his services, don't hesitate to choose bdr. Bruce and his team. In addition, my recent experience at Erlanger east for my knee surgery was amazing. The staff was well prepared and I always knew they had my best interest at heart. Tho I don't love having surgery, I can't think of.a better he up and facility to utilize. Kind regards, Kim west
