What an incredible dentist with incredible support staff! Not only have we been very satisfied with the dental services, but the actual in-office experience is also amazing! I bring my 3 kids every time I go in, and they're so great with them....making the dental experience fun instead of terrifying. Jeppson dental is a superb office! Dr. Jeppson, himself, is kind, patient, and understanding that no two situations are alike. He is devoted to his patients and his profession. The office staff is polite, and professional. They are one of the most timely offices in billing that I've ever come across. I've never had any issue with their office being accommodating with my odd schedule, which in itself is a miracle. They are there to provide great service 100% of the time.
I've had a great experience with Dr. Jeppson. He and his staff are very friendly and interested in you as a person. After a dental trauma with several cracked teeth and an emergency root canal, Dr. Jeppson has been there to help restore my teeth. Dr. Jeppson is amazing! I have never had a dentist, or any professional for that matter, be so personable and care so sincerely about my tooth health. I have had fillings, a crown, and a root canal done by him. He took extra care with each to make sure my bite was correct and comfortable and encouraged me to come back if it felt off at all, which I did and he fixed promptly. It's been a year since my root canal and the crown is still holding strong—no issues or complications. The process was easy and as painless as can be. Jeppson uses the latest technology, making everything seamless and quick. The staff is friendly and communicates very well. They listen to you and make you as comfortable as possible (even when getting a root canal!). I'm very impressed.
Dr. Jeppson is great, I recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. He has a great office staff as well. I love that he is able to make my crown while I wait, no temporary and second appt. Great time saver!
Dangit! I've finally found a dentist that I don't hate going to see. Like a lot of people, for me, going to the dentist is not a pleasant experience and can be filled with no small amount of anxiety. However, Jeppson Dental has completely obliterated that stereotype. Everyone there is happy, proficient, and clearly love what they do.
