My children have been with their pediatrician's office since birth, and because of this doctor joining their practice I'm moving them to another. She is frenetic in the way that she speaks and assesses the patient, and has made my daughter uncomfortable. She's rude, condescending, and wastes no time in belittling the parent for asking questions.
Dr Clifford was my daughter’s pediatrician in 1997. I had no clue about motherhood and new in Dallas. She was compassionate and empathetic to the emotional roller coaster I was going through. She was also very attentive to my newborn daughter’s needs. She taught me so much. My daughter was prone to diaper rash and the over the counter medicine did not work. She gave my husband and I a recipe that I wish I could remember and would bottle if I could. I recommended her to a family member when they started having children also. ... read more
Dr. Clifford was extremely rude and condescending! She was over an hour late to the appointment and then spoke to us like we were problematic. She rushed through the appointment, was dismissive of our concerns, and would hardly let us get a word in. Her tone of voice was so condescending throughout. When I asked her at the end if she could recommend a place that does ADHD screening she wrote a place down on the bed paper and told me to look it up. Dr. Clifford has seen all three of our boys since we changed practices in 2011 when another practice made a huge mistake. What I love about Dr. Clifford is she listens to me as the parent. She doesn't just look at symptoms and because of that she caught a situation that could of been much worse in our youngest son and now he is healthy and thriving. We have been seeing Dr. Clifford for 13 years now. My kids all love her. Very kind and patient. She takes time explaining things. You never feel rushed.
She saved my son’s life 5 years ago with an immediate go to ER, Kawasaki. I can’t thank her enough.
After 3 visits with our first child, we moved to a different provider as quickly as we could. Dr Clifford had a condisending tone, and we felt as if we were being scolded during the office visits. Third visit, we had great one on one interaction with a medical student. Explained the issue, student left and returned with Dr Clifford who immediately told us that our self diagnois was wrong and looked upset. Appears annoyed to answer questions. Doesn't seem happy with her decision to work with kids.
Dr Jenny Clifford has taken care of our 3 kids since they were born. We have nothing but positive experiences with Dr Clifford and her nurse over the years. She is always attentive and knows her medicine. Sitting in the lobby, I've heard of patients who've moved to Rockwall and Mickinney still going to her. Highly recommend her.
