Deceptive practices on new purchase/lease of new vehicles. Specifically, salesman, Mike *******. He deceived me on purchase of 2015 and 2019 vehicles. With 2015 vehicle ******* acted as the finance manager. He would not let me leave with newly leased vehicle unless I agreed to an additional $500 insurance policy. With 2105 lease Mike ******* wrote the contract alone while he sent a new, young salesman to sit with me and distract. I have had four leases through them (3-four year leases, 1-three year lease); I have been with them for 20 years.. Everything went well until I handed in my 2013 auto in 2017. They did not communicate with VW Credit to close out the 2013 car properly. Though I have been driving a wonderful new car since 2017, it has been nothing but trouble because of their closing of the 2013 car I returned on time (and all payments made on time). Ms. ******has been and continues to be a valued Jennings VW customer. Due to Privacy concerns with her and VW Credit Jennings was never informed of her situation in regards to any outstanding bill from VW Credit. The 2013 TDI Beetle was returned on time to VW Credit by Jennings VW and was picked up in accordance to VW lease return procedures. VW then lost her Beetle. As there was confusion on their part because the vehicle was a diesel and VW was in throws of repurchasing over 800,000 diesels from VW customers. Ms. ****** co... read more

I had an agreement with Jennings for an eGolf and dealt with Moe and Arek for it. We came to an agreement and I filled out application for credit, even willing to pay all cash. I was told by Moe I would receive all documents by fedex. 5 days later and Two to Four calls or texts and they finally tell me the car was sold under me. Bad business. Don’t work with these people.

Ms. ******** sent an email lead to us on 6-5-19 on a VW E-GOLF. We gave her our best cash price but she said it wasn't good enough. We explained to her that Volkswagen had a special promotion to pay her first payment up to $500 if she financed with them. She sent us a credit application on 6-13-19 and we said she needed to give us a credit card deposit to hold the car for her.
