Took the 17 Cruze in for an oil change and had a couple things looked at. 1. Door squeek 2. Banging sound under the hood when at low speed They had the oil changed,squeak fixed, and the broken part located and replacement ordered in a respectable amount of time. Especially since I didn't let them know about the other stuff until I arrived. Now waiting in the part to arrive.
I am very upset with Karl Chevrolet and will be sharing my experience with family/friends and recommending that NO ONE take their car to Karl Chevrolet for service. I have a 2010 Equinox that was purchased from Karl Chevrolet less than 3 years ago. I have put 24k miles on the vehicle during this time. We went there to shop for a truck and/or Tahoe. A few trucks had discounts offered, but none of the Tahoes did. So, we concentrated on the trucks. The salesman approached us right away, made inquiries about what we were looking for, pointed out the trucks with discounts, and would leave us so we could discuss things in private, and then return after a few minutes to answer questions. I was sold a lemon and told to suck it...barely used outback blown head gasket no loaner no warranty and no hurry even to fix it...MECHANIC says you don't need this right away do ya.....with no car car payments and no way to work no loaner thanks for the bone lube it next time clowns

This is the second Silverado I've purchased from this dealership. I've also purchase many other vehicles from competitors and I can honestly tell you that you'll feel valued and this doesn't end with the delivery of your new vehicle. Their Body Shop, Service Dept and Parts Dept are equally amazing. It's common place to speak with employees that have worked there 15 to 20 years or more, which speaks volumes of the way the treat their employees.
