They were not very helpful. I gave a specific price range and then they offered me something that was 1,800. Which was 300 more than my Max price range. I understand you want to give customer service but I don't know why this agent would offer that when it was clear what I was looking for. It seemed that the agent wanted to do a bait and switch and I don't appreciate that.
