Jennifer Ritchie was our first realtor we have ever worked with and I can honestly say she went above and beyond to blow our expectations out of the water. Jennifer was absolutely the best! She was so helpful throughout the entire process. She was patient with me when we first started looking at homes, always finding a great variety of homes mixing proximity to my job with the features I wanted. Jennifer was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. A huge thing for us was not being bs’d or shown things we were not looking for. She didn’t try to over sell us on something or even try to show us anything outside of our price range. She went above and beyond what I would have expected out of a realtor.

If you want it done right - call Jennifer! From start to finish, Jennifer was on it. We live five hours away. She was unwavering in her support to personally see that every aspect of the process was addressed, including taking her own time to meet with contractors on our behalf. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and put in a significant amount of work prior to our arrival in the area. We only had about a day to view houses and Jen had over a dozen lined up for us to see. She quickly got all of our paperwork in order and we were able to move in precisely when we could. I recommend her service without qualification.
