As first-time home buyers moving across the country we were apprehensive and overwhelmed with the process. Upon meeting Jennifer our concerns immediately washed away. Jennifer is not only friendly and kind but she genuinely cares about her clients. Once we started looking at homes she showed great determination in helping us find a great home, all while keeping us encouraged. We can't express how grateful we are to have found our home with the help of Jennifer, we are so, so happy! :)

Jennifer Ritchie is a one stop shop, all around wonderful person and excellent realtor. She helped us navigate a cross country move, that began when my husband was out of the country for a length of time, and left me to navigate the real estate waters. I traveled to do an in person "shopping" trip, and she had everything ready to go and set up with all of the houses I wanted to see showing on one day. Jennifer Ritchie sold my house for me. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She had a lot of people view the home. She got three offers on my home and when issues came up she handle them quickly.

Jenn helped us buy our new house and sell our old one, and we couldn’t be happier! She’s easy to work with, friendly, fun, and professional. It was nice being able to sit back and not worry if things were getting done, because Jenn would take care of everything. I can’t recommend her enough, you won’t be disappointed!

We bought our home while on the other side of the county, and Jennifer made the process so easy and stress free. She went above and beyond any and all expectations we had, and advocated for us when when needed. I would highly recommend her for anyone buying a home. Extremely Satisfied with our new home and home buying experience is an understatement. 5 stars realtor!

Jennifer Ritchie was our first realtor we have ever worked with and I can honestly say she went above and beyond to blow our expectations out of the water.
