Jennifer was great. We had a few issues with buyers but she was there every step of the way to help us get through it. Anytime I needed to check the status of the surveys, inspection and final closing she was available with the information.

Jenn has set the standard for what a realtor should be, say, and do. When selling, her key strength is attention to detail which allowed us to sell our house within two months of listing when other houses within our neighborhood were listed before ours on the MLS. I've known Jenn for a couple years now as she helped me to purchase my first home. Just recently she sold my home for more than both my wife and I thought was even possible. She walked us through every step of the process during both the buying and selling phases of our home. Jenn Ritchie goes above and beyond her job description. She worked tirelessly, day and night, to sell our home. It did not matter what day or time I called on her. She was always there to answer my questions. She always maintained communication either by phone, email or text. I felt that she truly cared about our wants and needs as sellers. This was our first sell and she made sure it went as smoothly as it could. I can not recommend her enough!
