I came in to see Dr. Lin for my acne. I was very happy with the staff and my experience with the doctor. I have been using his acne 3 step kit and after just one month have seen much improvement.
I had a good experience at my visit, he was so professional and took his time with me. I would recommended this doctor to all my friends.

I had specifically made an appointment over one month ahead of time to see Dr. Lin, a Dermatologist; but when I arrived, I was shuffled into the clinic and told that someone else would be seeing me. Shortly afterwards, a Family Nurse Practitioner came in to see me. That is correct, a FAMILY Nurse Practitioner, not a Dermatology one, not even a Medical Doctor. Go find another doctor that will actually meet with you when you make an appointment with them.
I went to Dr Lin’s practice and had the worst reaction to 2 different medications and not once did they say I sorry you are going through this! Poor customer service and no one should wait an hour and a half to get an injection that almost kills them!
Dr. Lin was super nice and cared about how I felt about my acne when I came in. I went to his Valencia office. It was organized and clean. The staff were friendly.
“I have been going to see Dr. Lin for over a year and can’t say enough about his care. From entering his office and working with his staff, to the cleanliness and all the way to the check out process – his office and professionalism is second to none. As for the care he provides I truly appreciated his approach of treating me as a whole. Honestly, what a wonderful thing to have a doctor who actually cares about my well-being, and takes the time to explain his thinking. I would highly recommend!
