Was seen in 2020 and had a mole removed. I paid my copay and the office told me I was all set so I left. Weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $500 without even getting a phone call or follow up from the dr that my biopsy was benign. I called my insurance and they advised me not to pay it. Then today Oct 2024 I get a call from a collection agency that this office put to collections $192 and I have 24 hours to pay it or it will be put on my credit score! My main complaint (of many) is that the Dr prescribed my daughter a cream that was not covered by our insurance. The pharmacy tried to contact the office but the office never responded. The insurance sent the office and myself a letter of denial and in the letter listed out the exact cream that they would approve. I have been trying to contact the office for TWO WEEKS and can not get anywhere with them. It's impossible to contact the office directly. Office staff was professional and helpful. Dr Lin was prompt, professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Dr. Ring ordered a test prior to prescribing a medication. The package insert recommends testing in very select situations or those with a specific condition. Not me. Medicare denied the bill and I'm being charged $451. I've reached out to the office multiple times and have been told that since I paid their bill, they could not help. Dr. Lin and his team are "true professionals" who will answer your questions and take excellent care of you and your loved ones!
I have been a patient of Dr. Lin’s for over 3 years. Dr. Lin is well informed and up to date on areas of dermatology from acne, skin cancer and cosmetic procedure. I had the Renuvion Facial procedure in 2020. I am very happy with the results and told I look 20 years younger. I have a history of skin melanoma and Dr. Lin takes very precaution necessary when I visit, checking and over checking any spots that may appear suspicious. Great Doctor.
Very knowlegable
Dr. Lin is very excellent with any cosmetic procedures. He has done the Mohs surgery for a skin cancer. I highly recommend him & his staff is very professional. I also love Dr. Jennifer Lin.
I visited once referred by two other doctors that are supposed to do the same thing he's done or is supposed to do. Getting a hold of anybody at this office is worse than the DWP. Who knows if they even really do what they say they're doing I don't know. After my consultation I got the old well we'll wait and hear back from your insurance company before we make an appointment.
