Jeff did a great job on a custom ring that was originally my mom's from 1970, And he did it into the exact designs that I asked for. Highly recommend Jeff's gems! Took a little longer than what I wanted, but was totally worth the wait♡ Very happy. Jeff is a professional and I will definitely continue to use him as my Jeweler.
I personally had a really bad experience. I was treated poorly by owner when I took jewelry to be fixed between Thanksgiving and Christmas several years ago. When I called a few days later to ask the status I was spoken to rudely. When I went to the store to pick up my items that hadn’t been worked on yet , I was humiliated in front of a store full of customers.
