The staff took care of me in a timely and professional way. Dr Shapiro is very observant, listens well and is responsive to questions. He is also a very competent surgeon.

His upmost professionalism!! That of which included his translation was easily understood by me of the-results of my post knee replacement and current issue. He has the most amazing bedside manner of which I have experienced throughoutmy lifetime. I would recommend him to anyone that was in need of an orthopedic doctor like no other.
Dr. Shapiro and his entire staff were very helpful, prompt, knowledgeable and nice. Dr. Shapiro clearly explained my issues and choices of treatment and because of his experience, I have great confidence in him.
Explained what my options are with my knee. Could tell I wasn't comfortable with two of the choices. I decided to go with the least invasive choice first.
