Cannot recommend Dr. Fleming and his staff enough! This office is so well run and so attentive to their patients. Dr. Fleming spends quality time with his patients and makes sure they know they're being looked after. I have loved going here the last few years and will continue to as I stay in the area. If you need a new eye doctor, try them out!

Dr Scott Fleming is the best optometrist I know. We recently move out of California, but still visit family and I schedule my family’s eye appointments with dr Scott on our visits to California, because I cannot find another dr like him! Dr Scott takes his time to explain everything, makes sure we cover all aspects of eye health and is very conservative on his recommendations. Best in the South Bay - open Saturdays My son and I have been going to Dr. Fleming for a number of years. Dr. Fleming is extremely patient and professional, he explains everything to you. His staff is highly professional and helpful as well. Always on schedule, never have to wait. Open on Saturdays which is a big plus for working people. Very convenient.
This place seriously needs some training in customer service and service in general. Although, Dr. Okuo was great the rest of the staff seemed very unprofessional, talking on personal cell phones and leaving open food containers throughout the office and in actual vision testing areas. My biggest issue with their service is when Louise (the woman who handles ordering lenses, glasses or contacts) used my insurance without my permission to order same perscription lenses for my own personal frames, that were brought from home. ... read more
