After even going to Dr Mullins office today because we could not be through by phone, my husband can’t get in for his six week follow up. An appointment was made yet the office has no record of it. We were promised a call before the end of the day and it never came.
Dr. Mullins removed my cancerous prostate in March and all went smoother than expected! He has been great, however, I have to update my review because his billing department is the worst. They never return calls or emails through their website. I have been sent to collections for a visit from 2021 that never should have been billed. In addition to them being in network with BCBS (which means they are not legally allowed to bill me, but must take what BCBS gives them), they also should not be billing me because I was told fol... read more
Dr. Mullins is an outstanding surgeon of the highest caliber. I am so grateful he was the surgeon that removed a difficult positioned cyst in my abdomen. With the robotic surgery he employed I was left very comfortable and free of pain within days of the procedure! I am fully functional again in less than a week!
After being told my Robotic Prostate Surgery should be just a overnight stay in the hospital that turned into a nightmare due to nicking my small intestine and ended up 4 days later I could not recommend this Dr to due your Prostate Surgery. Having had 3 previous stomach surgeries I had way too much scar tissue to even contemplate going through this surgery, but he went ahead and attempted and left me in so much pain and suffering. Jeffery is an ok Dr. But his appointment person will hang up on you if she doesn't want to hear what needs to be relayed to him. she might miss a text on her phone!
