I was very worried prior to the surgery, but it was expertly done, and came out better than expected. Extremely pleased. The office staff also contributed to the experience.
Dr. Marcus was very professional and did an awesome job. I felt very comfortable talking to him and he explained everything. His staff was very nice and helpful!
Dr. Marcus comes out himself into the waiting room and greet you with a smile when it’s your turn to come and see him. He is extremely friendly, kind amazing and even though he’s busy he has enough time for you. His staff is exceptional. They will spend time answer any and every question. They are friendly. They are knowledgeable and they never rush you. I am more than delighted with the procedure. It didn’t hurt. He was absolutely sensational, and I couldn’t give him a higher regard for review.
The doctor and staff were absolutely amazing. I felt at ease, and everything was explained in detail. There was a great comfort level and the doctor did a wonderful job, Karen was very detailed in everything preformed, I would recommend Dr. Marcus to anyone who needs Mohs.
Caring and gentle doctor. The Mohs procedure was painless and the scar will be a small faint line now that stitches are out. Not noticeable! Highly recommend!
Honestly every moment with Dr Marcus and his staff has been beyond amazing. I have never experienced anything involving cancer and surgery so I was extremely nervous BUT every member of Dr Marcus’ staff was helpful, soothing, knowledgeable, and efficient. From my consultation to the day of surgery to the removal of stitches I was seen right away and given the best care possible. Dr. Marcus was precise in confirming my cancer diagnosis, extremely caring while surgically removing it. I was kept informed each step of the process. I applaud Dr. Marcus’ choices of staff members, who adhere to his standard of care. Today, a week later the bandages were removed, and additional instructions for care. I am grateful and very pleased with all the care I received.
I have had many surgeries and this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had. From the moment I walked in for the consultation to the day they removed the stitches everyone in the office was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The surgery itself was beautiful and painless. I had no pain at all through the 2 week recovery and can’t say enough about Dr. Marcus and his skill. I highly recommend him. Besides being a wonderful doctor he is a lovely personable man. .
