From the first phone call to schedule my appointment to the last appointment with Dr. Marcus, every step of the way was efficient, professional and top notch. If you need to have a Moh's procedure I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Marcus and his staff. Special shout out to Karen for going above and beyond to explain everything and for keeping me calm.
I called for mohs surgery. within a week i had a pre-surgery visit. within a few days i had the surgery. Everyone at the clinic has been gifted with just great personalities and professionalism. Surgery is completed and desired outcome is obtained. This is the best experience one could receive or expect!!
Dr. Marcus performed surgery on my nose with Great Results. He and his support team kept me informed throughout the procedure and the process was painless. Dr. Marcus is an Excellent Surgeon and I would highly recommend him if you have a need for Mohs surgery. In addition I was taken immediately upon entering his office for every appointment and procedure. The professionalism of the entire team is beyond belief!
The whole staff worked together to make me happy. The office couldn't have been any nicer. Always on time and staff that cares.
Dr. Marcus and his staff made the removal of my skin cancer as easy and painless as it could possibly be. It is obviously never a great situation to have skin cancer removed but this was a simple process with support throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I hope I never need mohs surgery again but if I do I will be back to Dr. Marcus as will my whole family.
This is my first time with Dr. Marcus and my 5th MOHS surgery. By a landslide, Dr. Jeff Marcus is an amazingly gentle, thorough professional, compassionate, attentive and if you think he's amazing, you'll have to meet his staff! I never had Mohs Surgery before and I felt like a fish out of water, after meeting Dr. Marcus and his staff my mind was at ease. You can't even tell I had Surgery on my nose. Dr. Marcus is the best.
I did not know what to expect but I found the whole experience to be very satisfying..Dr Marcus has to be the best Mohs surgeon and I would highly reccomend him and the office staff...
